Just a tip. You might try cutting down on carrots and apples, and adding more greens and colorful veggies.

Add red or green peppers, romaine lettuce, definately celery and cucumbers, beet, radish.

Too much apple and carrot adds a lot of sugar, and your body would like to kick the sugar, which causes
more hunger.

Oh, add cayenne pepper, it will help lessen the hunger till you get over the first 3 or 4 days.
