I'm having fluctuating temperatures, too. I can be quite comfortable one minute and then chattering cold the next. And this is occurring with no necessary change in room temperature. As I understand it, this may be a sign of fear leaving the body. It can be somewhat uncomfortable at times; particularly when it reaches an extreme and ice cold turns burning hot. Yet, as you say, it is part of the process and something to celebrate. Stay warm!
