Hi - How are you? I have read your blogs - thanks for posting- it is very interesting. I was wondering- when you wrote that the yolk drinks have helped you a lot- did you mean the cleansing yolk drink- the one where you put oil and citrus with it? because later on- you wrote you drink a yolk everyday with nut milk.
i am wanting to start this yolk cleansing drink- i am nervous though about doing it without apple juice/mailc acid to soften the stones. do you drink the epsom salts 1/2 hour before you drink the yolk?
