Congrads you have make a decision to change an uncontrolled  habit in your life...  This is the first step on a new journey to a better life...  Look at some of my past blogs on diet and health that may help...  Remember it only takes about sixty (60) days to break and learn a total new life style...  That is one of the reasons for Military Boot Camps...
