Again, (I know this sounds like a broken record) I understand what your going through. I'm going through something kind of similar.
The way I see it, hitting rock bottom (not saying your at rock bottom, but follow the metaphor) can provide stability. You can't go any lower so your planted firmly in reality, and everything you do from this point on has to be an improvement.
I'm thinking that maybe this is a good time for a fast. It will clear your head, focus your intentions, and save on groceries. Anytime I go through significant break ups, I do a 3 week juice fast. It really helps. Just a thought. Add This Message To Your CureZone Favorites!
