This is so interesting to me! I am exactly the same - when I drink water I have to pee half an hour later. I have just been talking to my colonist about this (who is about the healthiest person you have ever met) and she drinks about 4 litres a day and says she doesn't pee nearly as often as me and when she does it's large amounts not small amounts and pale like mine. She said she used to pee a lot and then it got better. But I drink and drink water and I never improve! She says my cells must be really dehydrated.

I am monitoring my health without UT. I am not ENTIRELY sure that the burning frequency thing is caused by UT. It seemed to come back yesterday and I can report that I have been reintroducing carbs. for the past couple of weeks as an experiment.

I posted on the UT forum that I have been doing urine eye baths, very soothing. The UT "mellow" mood has returned and I am sleeping better once again. Maybe it is not necessary to drink the stuff!
