The raw food debate should be what should you not eat raw?
Vegans(or others) who think that eating raw broccoli, cabbage, spinach and cauliflower are a good thing are just fooling themselves. The same for raw unsoaked nuts.
Some foods are better for us lightly cooked ,this breaks down the cell walls of these plant foods and make their vitamins and minerals more bioavailable to us.
Salad greens, celery, carrots, radishes are a few that need no cooking.
I think there are losts of meat eating only cultures that have great longevity.
Inuit eskimos for example have only small amounts of Cranberries at their disposal as a seasonal fruit, which hardly make up a large part of their diet. Add This Message To Your CureZone Favorites! ![Printer-friendly version of this page](/images/print_page.gif)
