Hey There,
Isn't it funny how much of life revolves around food. You don't really understand it until you stop eating. Everywhere you go there is food and food advertisements. I don't know about you but even though I'm only on day 3 of the fast my olfactory sense has kicked into hyper-drive. I can smell food from a mile away!!! I went to Whole Foods yesterday for my veggies and about had an olfactory orgasm!!!
The cool thing is, I think you'll be able to appreciate food a lot more once you are through with the diet (and probably need a lot less of it as well ;) I'm sure hoping that is the case for me!!! Keep up the good work!!!!!! How many lbs have you lost so far??? What is your goal???
