Hi there
Well I have to say today was the hardest by far... I felt really drained by the end of the day and was dreaming of all sorts of food i could have been eating. But I think if I gave up now It would be silly.
I have been drinking half veg and half fruit juices, and lots of water, wat about u?
Hey I hope it goes well and be strong, you will get through it. Imagine all the cleaning your body is going through and how great you will feel at the end of day 30 :-D
