I wanted to report my success with the ACV against HIV. In April 2006, I had enough of the pain caused by the cocktail drugs. My legs felt as if they were dying, my stomach was constantly in distress and I basically felt like my body was dying even though my spirit was strong. I am a 36 year old male, physically healthy (I workout, rollerblade, do yoga and tai chi). I always push myself beyond where I should, but it has kept me at least physically fit.

Outside of the side effects described above I was constatnly tired and that impacted my quality of life. So, in April I stopped all drugs and began am experiment to see if I could live without the drugs. As an aside, I repeatedly told my doctor that I never wanted to go on AZT. At one point, about three years ago he put me on Trizivir. I had not idea that it containted AZT under another name. That was when my health began to deteriorate. I attribute most of my health issues not to HIV, but to the AZT.

On my experiment: I use aloe vera, an high quality multivitamin, green tea and I have very little junk food and little alcohol. I started the ACV as I read it helped pain; I had no idea until I researched the subject on the aniviral properites. At the same time I stopped the drugs I started weekly acupuncture treatments. Two months later, about mid June, my labs revealed that my CD4 had dropped from 480 to 280 and my viral load went from undectable to over 100,000 copies. I continued with my experiment, and prayer, positive thinking, etc...last Friday I received my lab results: even though my CD4 has remained the same my viral load dropped to 164 p/ml!!! I had refused my doctor's advice to begin treatment again and I am confident that my next lab result will also see a rise in my CD4. The pain in my legs is gone, I have more energy that ever and I am writing music again. I plan on trying the ACV enemas and will keep posting my results.
