I'm posting this in all the forums I visit, that this is relevant to, so if you are a regular searcher of multiple issues, like me, you may have already seen this :)

So here is the deal, I have done P&B cleanses and some other stuff with varied results.  I have had some yeast and parasite issues for a long time now which have caused real bowel issues and a lot more!  About 6 weeks ago I was on a yeast blog here http://curezone.com/blogs/m.asp?f=882&i=1    and started following the advice that this woman used for her problems.  Its been about 5 weeks since I started following her directions religiously and I am amazed.  It has been a project but I can't argue with the results, and I know there is more to come because I have been suffering a LONG time.  I know everyone is different, I get it, BUT, if you have tried EVERYTHING out there, like I have, you get a little excited when you FINALLY find an over all program that works.  I think this works because there are so many areas I am addressing which I feel are common to most people in our situation.  I do NOT believe that just ONE of the ideas/products discussed here is a single magic bullet cure, so if that is what you are looking for, try fantasy land :)  because this is going to take effort!

 Here is some insight, my step by step process, I will give you everything you need to know and where to find it:  If you don't get ALL the sugar and refined flour as well as hydrogenated fat out, you are wasting your time.   That combination, now the typical American diet, IS a causative factor in producing the GLUE in our intestines.  Next, I'm using the colon cleanse she mentioned from www.healyourbodynow.com/products.php   I know everyone uses this one or that one, bla bla bla, but I am telling you what is working for me, so before you start throwing negative comments about "that doesn't work for me, or that doesnt have this in it" wait until you look at everything, all together, that is why the program works.  Again, it IS working for me, that is all I am trying to say :) 

OK, next there is the oil of oregano.  The one that I researched to be the best is North American Herb & Spice, their number is 800-243-5242, call them and ask them who carries it in your area. I suggest using the companies dosage to start out, it is VERY strong stuff.  Next I used coconut oil to cook with and for the end of a liver flush.  This oil I used is organic and very good for yeast, parasites, as well as lubricating the digestive tract.  Also I started taking some Betaine HCL enzymes to help me fully break down my food.  I take 3 tabs just before each meal.  There is a ton of info regarding low HCL levels in the stomach and digestive problems.

 Both the coconut oil and the Betaine HCL I get from the same site, www.bionutz.com Lastly, I started following some info I found about water intake mixed with Celtic Sea Salt.  The sea water is supposed to be very close to the mineral level of healthy blood, so by taking in certain amounts of purified water with Celtic Sea Salt added, it helps to restore the normal PH balance to the body, in all areas, since you know that the PH/acid level of the SI, LI, stomach, and blood are different.  I currently add 1/4 teaspoon to every quart of pure water I drink.  You should drink about half your body weight in ounces a day of water.  That is a very general guide and depends on your total weight obviously.  curezone.com/foods/watercure.asp  

Also, do NOT eat ANYTHING if you are going to bed in the next 3 hours, in other words, if you eat dinner at 6pm, do not go to sleep before 9pm.  You can not digest food properly when you are sleeping, that is the time your body needs to rest and repair itself from the stress of the day!  Well, that's it, my system for success :)  Best of health to everyone, keep after it!!
