Some one may ask why I work on electrical equipment?? Well I have always been drawn to it!! When in high school I would work on lamps and car electrical stuff, my Grandfather ran a Radio/TV shop and I would go there some times... All my uncles worked on Electronic controls, it kind of runs in the family... When I went into the Navy they put me in Electronics because they said I had a natural knack for it.. Then When I got out and went to college, I was interested in Geography/ History; but while in college, I went to work; I was classified as " An Electronic Engineering Technician" ... Then I just moved from one similar Electronic Job to another... For the past going on thirty years have been working as an Electrical Engineer...
Computers and all such work for a while; laptops do not function well with me... They start doing things that others people have never seen or can't believe!
An example: my most recent laptop less than two years old, will start then the fonts will go HUGE for no reason then later will settle down and act right... Later own the up & down arrow buttons start to cause the screen to brighten or darken when used, so I must plug in an external SUB hand control to allow me to continue to use the laptop...
I keep several desktops running and have to work and repair them about every six months or so... I work on large Computer Systems and have had some shut down when I get in front of them, for no apparent reason... I usually have to write the engineering report to say it had an intermittent problem... But I usually can always win and leave the customer happy and wanting to see me come again!! But that is the way it is... I just live with it!!
That is what life is learning to live with what GOD gave us... Add This Message To Your CureZone Favorites!
