I empathize with you, too. Eating raw took away the cravings, but not the comfort of eating. Eating for me is a distraction. If I'm eating, I can't cry, and I don't have to think of negative things while there's more food to eat. When I overate this week, I didn't have an easy time trying to figure out what to eat because I craved nothing! So I actually found myself buying stuff I used to binge on because that's all I could think of. I just wanted some comfort and an escape for awhile. I hate that I go to food for that! I have to work on this, because I'm going to be stressed out for years! (for as long as I'm in graduate school). Add This Message To Your CureZone Favorites!
