You're tired of this...but where else do you got to go right? Well, I'd just have to say that this site has so much information that it is probably a difficult place to start for some people. It's good to talk to a lot of different people, for varied advice and to get the full story and hear different people's story...but I will point you to one or two sources that are great. Sometimes its easier to follow someone who can rant on and on forever, instead of taking random advice from different people all over the place. You are in the right place however, I know your mind is in the right place.

Another thing I wanna say...it's a little tough to find your blog.. It reads, 'fast' path to health...., what you should do is rename it. Why? Try looking at the mainpage at curezone, there is a list of recent blog messages and at the bottom of the list, an A to Z search tool for the blogs. Now, go to F as in...'Fast' path to health...I can't find it there because of the punctuation around the "Fast" in your blog title. I'd really like to find ya, so I can give you support...so come up with something catchy so I can find you, like...Redheadedcurls1978's Fast path to health (somethin without the punctuation). Take it easy on yourself, and go slow...its a very dramatic lifestyle change that most of us need to take.
