It is great that you count this experience in with the other pivotal moments of your life. This moment which is the success/control you have found in awakening your healer inside is profound in that it will also allow you to enjoy your future, your family, and yourself in a way and with an awareness that you did not previously enjoy.

Finding your balance in body maintenance is empowering and enriching. Others will look at you differently and you will look at life differently. I am happy for you that you have been blessed by your will and your success. You are now your teacher to yourself and to others because I can tell by your attitude that this work does not stop here for you. As you say, in absolute truth...what we think, we become.
