Dear one ... unless you are under 3'6", fat is not how you can describe your weight. How tall are you? Can you calculate your BMI using one of the website calculators? They will help you with a reality check ... normal weight people should have a BMI of 18.5 - 24.9, so be sure you other than have a body image problem. There is no need to have this on TOP of your acne. Real health is not just a physical thing, but the originals of dis-ease is being "out of ease" with one self emotionally. If you REALLY want a challenge, journal in a personal dairy to get all your emotions out, as the unexpressed feelings are what makes most of us sick. Most of us would rather go into any kind of an addiction cycle, such as overeating, binge-and-purge, alcohol, relationship obsession, etc. than do the ONE thing that is hardest for us ... acknowledge our feelings and allow them to come up without judging them and making ourselves wrong about them. Once we do that, the healing begins.
I can understand the depression from acne. My son is getting it, and we use the following to keep it at bay.
(1) Apple cider vinegar, applied with a cotton pad after washing .... he hates the smell but I don't mind it.
(2) Aztec Clay (powdered green clay, you can get it in the cosmetic or beauty section of health food stores)--- pour a little in your hand and make a paste with water .... put it on as a mask and leave for 30 minutes until you start to see gunk coming through the clay that is coming up out of your skin. This wonderful gift from PachaMama pulls the toxins right out of your skin ... improvement is very rapid if you do this everyday. I sometimes sleep in it to pull the grease out of my enlarged pores ... it is really shrinking them and works much better than I thought it would.
