Bridging the gap, crossing the void, the bardo .... via the Rainbow Bridge, the good "Red Road" is the activity of this NOW moment in Evolution. This is the synaptic jump across the gap from the path of contraction to expansion.
Thus, there is a massive spiritual awakening for lightworkers to purify and cleanse the body so that navigation across this gap is effortless.
Old paradigm = trying from the ego, striving, self-discipline, effort, will power, hard WORK, pushing through opposition
New paradigm = purification, surrender, merging, alignment, effortlessness, fluidity, FUN, flowing
Crossing the gap is greatly assisted by using the electrical energy of the body, which is activated from purification.
Eating foods that are highly electrical (unheated) is optimum for this path of effortlessness. Then one is in alignment with a power and force much greater than oneself, and therefore one merely rides the Wave of this energy.
