Hi, I actually found it rather difficult to deal with my emotional responses as well. I found myself embarassed during the sessions because I was holding on to deep-seated emotions that were being spontaneously released. As a result, I made a conscious effort to suppress the emotions that were arising. I don't think I got as much out of the sessions as I could have because of that. I think it's really important to do sessions with someone you trust or become able to trust.
