Hey you, I am jumping up and down as if it was me who lost the 8 lbs!!!! Good for you, you keep up the good work! Isn't it funny how hard something feels, but when you are actually doing it, you feel as though you can do anything? Well guess what? You can do anything!!!! I am proud. I worry about my detox, but I believe that typing out my thoughts has made me feel so much better, and with the first day out of the way, it's definately a go! I guess what they say is true, a journey of 1000 miles begins with just one step......so don't leave without me!!! ;-)
