i just got a bunch of this stuff. it came through the mail and was sitting outside for a bit and it was 80 degrees and was in the back of a ups truck that im sure was 90 or higher. did this just totally ruin my bee pollen? how could you ever get truly pure pollen if it always has to be shipped? should i toss it? should i refrigerate it? can i mix it with my protein shakes which consist of some tinctured herbs, protein powder, milk, fruit and ice or will the ice kill the enzymes? thanks for any answers you can provide Add This Message To Your CureZone Favorites!
