I just wanted to thank you for the message you left me. Now all I can think about is being an inspiration for others. You have been an inspiration to me thats for sure. Your blog was one of the first that I read and I found it very humbling to read about a single dad taking control of his health. I laughed as I thought of the wife saying to her husband, "Honey, you need to eat more vegetables" and then promptly making him a dinner plate of veggies. But you, well you're doing it by yourself and that makes me proud. Although I'm not a 'single mom' I am alone much of the time and tend to be stuck 'doing it all' for myself and my kids, which mentally, can exhaust anyone.
