Honey......I feel your pain and I want you to know that you CAN do this thing and not only will you make it, you will thrive and find yourself, your REAL self again. Food is just like alcohol or drugs.....we can truly get addicted to the flavors the aromas and the feelings of comfort we recieve from the pleasure of eating. It is false promise though....as you have found out. Just like drugs....it's the BIG lie! Listen, have you ever heard of anyone binge eating on apples or salads? We tend to only overeat those foods that lure us to the darkside. I could eat a gallon of garlic mashed potatoes or a whole tub of creamy gourmet white queso and two baskets of chips from my favorite Mexican food restaurant. Some of us just have that tendancy to numb ourselves with food. Eating Fast food allyour life is what has caused your health problems.....they are all symptoms of eating the Standard American Diet. I have had some of your same problems and I know you can make amazing improvements, if you will try juice fasting. Try it for 10 days.....we'll support you. Do you have a juicer?
