Its old bile....your body produces about a quart or so a day and since you arent using it it will flush out. Totally normal.
Try to find some good cayenne too if possible. 90,000 HU is good, organic better. The cayenne is important in loosening up your old intestinal gunk and the lemonade sloughs it down and out.
If you want a Smooth Move recommendation...I am sold on Chocolate Smooth Move with a dollop of maple syrup...yum!
