Look No big deal. Hopefully they didn't use pesticide to grow the thing. It's probably what you call a hybrid. They try to mix the traits of several specis of fruits or veges to get desired traits. Usually pest and desease resistance and size color. Usually visual stuff. The thing is that it won't have the nutrient profile of a regular watermelon. You win some you lose some. other than that youl be OK.
