I must disagree that UT is not safe for yeast infections. That is how I cured my severe Candida dysbiosis in my gut. In just two weeks I went from full blown MCS / CFS to having energy and sleeping only 8 hours a day instead of 18! Oral UT and enemas are fast acting and safe.

The only caveat I would suggest is to monitor your urine pH if you are taking all the urine you produce (I did) as you may become acidodic if you do not include alkalinzing foods and juices, which I did not because I was allergic to so many foods and was down to eating just a few. You can also prevent and acid shift by taking a calcium magnesium supplement to buffer the acidity.

This improved immediately and many of my food allergies as well as chemical allergies resolved in this time period.

Allergies and Candida by Rochlitz is a must read if you are dealing with Candida or other dysbiosis. He has a series of meridian balancing manuevers I did that were very helpful. Rochlitz was a physicist who almost died of Candida. Google for his website.
