Right on Papillion;
" you are what you eat" as my dear Mother says; and she was an RN and then Hospital Supervisor over a fifty year period...
BTW: she did not trust the medical community, we only went to the doctor for physicals... She said they were good to set bones and sew up a gapping wounds...
She died at 85 in 2003; of some digestive problems; after a "smart doctor" put her on a weird wacked out diet; which we believe messed her up...
Goes to show you; stick to your guns, as we say down south... That way you are ready when ever the varmints come back... Sad but true... See ya.. Kermit Add This Message To Your CureZone Favorites!
