When I used it, it was from the drugstore - the over-the-counter brown bottle stuff. I didn't dilute but basically used the same method as the lady who posted before describes but I did it in the shower.

I found it really soothing and immediately effective at eliminating the odor. I have heard some people say that it burns and I did have an experience after rinsing with it for 3 days, a couple times a day, in a row - that I did have some irritation and burning so I quit for a couple days and it was better the next time.
