It sure sounds like you heard your wake up call and your plans to make some changes sounds like a great idea.
I would just caution you that if you have not detoxed from coffee and alcohol, you may really feel bad the first week of the cleanse especially. I am a coffee LOVER, and like Shiner Bock more than the average coming out of hibernation bear, and it took me 7 days to detox pre-Master Cleanse from the caffeine, and I stopped drinking weeks before to avoid any burden on my liver. Also did the pre-cleanse liver flushes to ensure I would not be running into any problems.
Stick with the plan but slow it up a bit if you feel you may not really be ready to jump right in.
