You aren't in a very good mood about this it seems. I have went into it as thinking its going to be so benefitting to me that, no matter what, I know I will complete it. This is my first fast too and I'm on day 7. I ate a salad on day 5, but I'm not worried about that at all. I don't dwell on the negative things of life. Go into this fast and try to make every moment its best. Negativity is all in the mind. Maybe you should do juice? I lost 14 lbs in 7 days and the only day I was terribly hungry was on day 1. Just don't give up. I already read you 4 day post and it looks like you are not giving this its chance to work. I am drinking plenty of fluids when I feel hungry and it works immediately. Sometimes its only for an hour, but it does work. Look at the people like livingwater that has done a 145 day fast. I'm sure he had many horrible days but guess what? After that 145 day fast, he ate solids for 1 month and now he is on another fast. That 1 week made him feel like you are feeling now. Let the transition begin!
