Most likely not...  Because we as a modern society that tends to lean on what the mass media project... Many women are unhappy with their body... The fact is that only about (2) two % of you women have a so called perfect female body...  

So when women see the published or pictures of the so called perfect women; they tend to want to be that type person...  Not that it is not desirable but in reality it will not occur...  First we must realize that contrary to the mass media {Hollywood; Paris, and any others} most women are appealing and lovely to look at;  plus highly desirable to the vast majority of males... 

 BTW: Barbie is not the role model that most men want or need...

This leads us back to the present and true situation... How do many women see themselves??  It is sad that so many chase the allusive dream of being a perfect woman...  Time and talent would be better spent learning to be your own dear self sweet Lady!!  The males and other women would come to accept you for who you are...  Not what some sales geek wants to push off on you all... 

BTW: Women are the worst judges and criticizers of other women...

The lesson here is to be your self, pick cloths that fit or accent your body...  If it looks good on you then who cares...  Believe me other people will like what they see and you will be more comfortable...  A win / win situation...  HUH!!
