Thank you for this. Last night was terrible, I was in too much pain to sleep. I finally dozed a little in the early hours of the morning, then awoke in tears of pain and frustration. A dose of Bach's Flower essences helped get the emotions calmed, but walking is difficult and I finally broke down and took some OTC pain medication.
