One other thing I forgot to mention. Be sure to add salt (like a good quality traditional unrefined celtic sea salt brand) to every fruit/veggie/plant food you eat. The Ocean Plasma is doing much for you, but I don't believe it's designed to be taken on a full stomach. Chloride salts are essential for proper digestion. So for efficient digestion, do add a good unrefined, mineral-rich sea salt to your foods (especially plant foods). Make sure the salt has dissolved before eating..or if the food is too dry, mix the salt in a tiny bit of water until dissolved...then add to the food.
