Thanks for sharing your experiences with Ocean Plasma. I've been doing as much reading on the availabe material as I can find..and look forward to getting some for a friend of mine in need.
What struck me immediately (perhaps "intuitively"?) when you told me about some of the health problems you still could not shake was one issue --- protein.
I think with your diet being predominantly raw vegan, you are perhaps severely lacking in adequate protein for tissue repair & construction. I'm glad to see you're getting the much needed salt & other minerals from the Ocean Plasma, which is a major issue with herbivores and human vegans. But what I feel (in my humble opinion) that is great need is an animal source of protein.
Without causing undue distress in abandoning your ethical and dietary convictions, I would suggest you consider incorporating some RAW egg yolks into your diet..especially from FERTILE yard eggs from free-range (happy) chickens. I strongly feel that this might just be the final key in resolving your remaining health problems..and completing your journey to optimum health. Try one raw egg yolk daily..and perhaps work up to two or three (or more/less) daily if you'd like to try this. The amount necessary will be up to your needs of course...which should not be difficult for you to ascertain, as you have become quite aware of your finely-tuned and sensitized physical responses.
I also recall seeing a blog in rawfoodsupport.com forum (for raw vegans) by an individual who had been raw vegan for many years..but noticed immediate and profound improvement in health, vitality, energy, digestion, etc. by simply conceding to the need for a higher quality, low-stress animal protein --- raw egg yolks. Through desparation he experimented and found the missing key. FYI..he was duly and unfairly attacked by everyone else in the forum..but at least he walked away with better health and greater wisdom. Eating raw vegan foods took him so far..but adding raw egg yolks took him beyond a point he could not pass no matter what other vegan foods he tried adding. His journey to optimum health, in his view, is now complete. He has the cleansing and vitamin/antioxidant/phytonutrient/mineral/fluid/etc. benefits of plant foods, and the tissue/hormonal/immune system repair and build-up benefits of the egg yolks.
The chlorella has its benefits..but does not supply all its nutrition in a form that is always efficiently or completely assimilable...not to mention the B12 in chlorella is cyanocobalamin form rather than the more bioavailable and active methylcobalamin form (did I spell that right? lol) which the body needs and can use.
If raw egg yolks is beyond consideration for you, you might try a good whey protein product..or perhaps even raw dairy products (if you can find it). But I would go with the egg yolks hands down.
