I was taught when young not to differentiate between people and saw
all as equal and the same.

We had some friends a few blocks away who had been from Mexico a generation
or so ago, and when we went to their house the mother made tortillas from scratch. Still remember the smell and taste of these tortillas.

At Passover time I asked my mother, is there any difference really between matzohs and tortillas? (other than texture of course). Both are unleavened bread.
