We get the Ezekiel and hemp bread at Whole Foods, but they are not frozen (I think some of these breads are in a freezer section, though). You might want to try the Ezekiel- you could try the Ezekiel tortillas rather than the full loaf of bread. We use the tortillas to make salad wraps.
I think our bodies tell us what we need (although it takes me a long time to figure out what MY body needs!) Maybe you need to be more raw than I do, if cooked makes you sick. I eat pretty raw myself- the only non-raw foods I eat are the occasional wraps/sandwiches with the breads mentioned, two or so ounces of organic hummus, which I eat several times a week, and the ounce or so of feta that I put on my salads. I find that when I eat non-raw, it's generally because I'm having trouble finding an easy raw equivalent for what I get from the non-raw food, like affordable and/or good-tasting protein from the cheese, sprouted breads and hummus.
