I wish there was some way to make information stick on the main page so that people don't have to skim through 100s of messages to find this valuable information.

Also, thank you for the encouraging words. :) It really helps to know you've got support from others, especially when they've been there and done that. :) And you're right about being able to accomplish great tasks while fasting. The biggest fasting myth out there is that you have to stop living during a fast. It shocks people when I tell them that you just keep on going as normal.

I'll post on how the marathon went. I'm so nervous (only because it's my first marathon) and excited at the same time!
