you are doing so great. some days are so hard but i it will get better soon. hopefully in the next few days you will start to feel unbelievable and you will be so glad you stayed the path. way to go on not giving in. keep chatting to yourself, you can do it. what a great accomplishment and such great results. i hope tommorrow is a better day for you. try some cayenne pepper in one of your juices or in herbal tea. it does help warm you up a bit. i also made some veggie broth and sipped on it. this gave me a warm feeling inside and got me through a hard patch. or maybe just more hot herb teas if you dont want the broth. good luck look forward to hearing of better times.
