Your morning headache is a product of years of over toxidity.  Sustained juice fasts can usually put an end to the headaches.  Although, you may have some more before the end arrives.  But that is one sign you need to watch for... the day you wake up without a head ache.  (We'll have a party!)  Also, pay attention to the white film on your tongue in the mornings.  That's a flim of toxins your body excreted while you were sleeping.  Of course, remove it by brushing or scraping your tongue.  But one day your tongue will be pink when you wake up, not filmed.  Sometimes, depends on the level of toxins, it may take a couple fasts and time on raw foods for the tongue to be pink upon waking. 

But never fear, dear, you're on the right path.  You're doing very good!  The one thing that helped me to resist cravings or to not succumb to temptation in restaurants or grocery stores, is by telling myself I am NOT depriving myself of anything.  I am giving myself a gift of life and these poor suc***s (looking around the fast food restaurant or grocery store at carts filled with junk) are the ones depriving themselves.  And they are.  In fact, they are slowly killing themselves and destroying their quality of life. 

But you are striving to raise the quality of your life!!
