The Sun Chlorella helped me a lot at first and still does help. I believe that it is a wonderful product and can replace acidophillus(Primal Defense) because it heals everyhting that acidophillus heals. On the other hand, it can only do so much. It's as if Sun Chlorella targets certain areas of the body and heals them, leaving other symptoms to continue. That's what happened with me and it sounds like you've had the same experience. Your symptoms sound like mine. I don't think you should stop taking chlorella because your old symptoms might return. Once you're healed, then you should consider discontinuing it..if you want. I probably will never stop taking it.

I used to have a bloating center, even though I was 90 pounds. I wasn't just bloated in the front, I was bloated all the way around my waist. When I wore any kind of pants/jeans, I would have a mushroom of flab hang over the top of the pants. It's a digestive problem and has gone away slowly with time. Well, you know how people put on weight in different places as they age? Ocean Plasma has reproportioned my body to a youthful figure. Even though I am too skinny, I love looking in the mirror and seeing the changes that have occured. My hips look better than they have in years. My hip bones have always "stuck out" and now I have meat there and my butt has come back, even though I have not gained any weight. It simply took the weight away from the problem areas and placed them in the pleasant places.

Doing colonics will help a lot too. You might want to consider doing some before starting on liver flushing because it's hard for the stones to work their way through your digestive system quickly when it's all clogged up with decaying blockage that has built up over the years. When I first started doing colonics, I got coffee grain looking matter out and it smelled hideously toxic and foul. It also burned like sin coming out, but I sure am glad it's out. I started feeling a lot better after that. If you don't already have a home colonic system, you might want to research one that goes deep into the colon and works for you. I would guess I've done about 50 home colonics so far and it was well worth the purchase.

You will lose weight with the liver flush! You'll look a lot better and feel a lot better! I had problems with feeling foggy, bad memory, being clumbsy and extreme fatigue. It fixed those problems.

Back to Ocean Plasma. If you prefer, you could also try the salt water cure. I've read some good things about Himalayan salt mixed with water does miracles too. Might be cheaper and worth also looking into if you please. I have not tried it yet, but there is a forum on the subject of the Salt Cure.
