Are you taking enough chlorella? I started taking in last July and gradually built up to a healing dose of 20+ grams daily, I gradually worked up to that on a weekly basis. Yes, my skin and hair are soft and shiny but it has done nothing to re balance my hormones as i still have night sweats (I'm 46) cystic acne, bloat, weight, I've also detoxed my heavy metals with bio-chelat and clay baths and now the last 2 urine tests came back clear but I am still heavy and my thyroid is bottomed out along with my insulin being high. I guess I just expected more with all that I've read on it and all the claims out there. Perhaps it will just take longer and I need to be more patient but it's been 8 months now. I did want to say that before I took it and in the beginning I sufferred from horrible heart burn and acid reflux but I no longer have that now that I am on a healing dose so, perhaps you need to increase your dose???? Don't know. Never heard of Ocean Plasma till I read your blog. I've decided to do a liver flush tomorrow night to expedite things and will continue to do them until I regain my health. I was perfectly healthy until a few years ago when I panicked and underwent fertility treatments which destroyed my health, caused me to go from a size 9 to a size 18 and I haven't been able to get it off so I'm praying the flushes will help to accomplish that!
