The earth has a  relatively constant temperature a few feet below the surface which averages around fifty degrees F... {In the temperate zones; which is where most of the people live}  It does get warmer when you go much deeper, like over a thousand feet, toward the molten center of the earth...   That is an other story...   So if you use underground vent pipes, or conduits then yes you could have a natural cooling or heat source...   If you need More info contact me and we can talk...  see Ya...
