another great article you found there. did i hear you say you have a garden? and you live in florida? so......why don't you plant some wheatgrass and go for the REAL DEAL?? fresh, outdoor grown wheat or barley grass CANNOT be beat. if you read the article you will see that dr. schulze lived super healthy detox life for 6 mo and though he was all good, then he started mega dosing wheatgrass, and bingo! a whole other level of health. i live in the north and don't even have a yard to i cant do it or i would. you will see, it is its own thing. also the outdoor does not compare to the indoor, the outdoor is natures powerhouse, the indoor grass is the outdoor grass' poor illigetimage red headed step child. alright, just thought id throw in my 2 cents on the article.
