        First you must determine how mush we are talking about??  Most people can fluctuate about  + or -  5% of their present weight...  Then you must see how far you are from a near specific weight based on  age, sex, and physical condition....  This could be over or under depending on person and conditions....   Most think they are over weight; but that has to be determined... 

        The next area to look at is what is your diet, and what has it been for some time??  Remember we are all on a diet, the question is just what kind of a diet??  Sit down and write everything you eat for a week...  This will give you a base line to compare and adjust as needs be...

        Most people want to lose the weight that took years to get into place over nite so to speak, this just does not happen that way...  This is like a three legged stool, all things must be in balance if we are to be comfortable... 

        1) The quantity of the intake is the first leg, this is based on what we need and what is available... {This is more of a problem for the poor and people in depressed areas of the world}

        2) The amount & type of physical activity is the next part, it will determine what consumption is needed... {This does not require a gym, as walking is one of the best natural exercises if possible}

        3) The quality of the nutrients and foods consumed will determine the results of the first two... These include the use of cleansing herbs and minerals.... {Fluids are a key part of what we need and consume}

        So based on all the above criteria, you can formulate a plan to modify your life style to conform to what you really need to get into the state you have determined !!

        While this does not answer your question, it is the truth; that weight changes are based on a proper balance of the three items mentioned above...  There are many programs out there but I would say that you do not have to be on any special weight food plan...  It is how you eat for 80% of the time with correct foods, which will allow for what ever {junk} foods the other 20% of the time... 

        As with all plans it is the determination and self worthiness that will create the desired results...  That is a long way round to explain that you are the key to the plan..  This is of course true in all things in life!!  HUH!!
