Hi, David
I have read that people can just use vinegar to wash their produce. I'm a bad girl and just use water (and sometimes I forget to do that!) I'm probably teeming with microscopic creepy crawlies. I tried one of those products that came in a spray bottle and just didn't find the product convenient. Or maybe I was just annoyed about paying a lot for some specialized product.
As far as juicing fruits and vegetables, I bought a juice that is a masticator rather than centrifugal (I left it behind when I moved because it's pretty heavy!) Masticators preserve more of the fiber than centrifugal blenders, but are more expensive. I can't wait to get mine back so I can juice vegetables. Add This Message To Your CureZone Favorites!
