Dear But God's Man,

Honey, you can't give up now.  You've already broke the scales and screwed up the mirrors, so it's just too late for you to quit now.   LOL You had a nasty detox moment and they will come now and then throughout your fast, but as you know, the longer you fast, the less those nasty moments will come.

You're creating a new man.  Just think of all those new clothes you're going to model for your woman!  (heehehehe)  Just think of how mighty and strong you're going to feel at the end of your fast.  You're setting a terrific example for so many people.  I know you have many who look up to you as a mentor and leader and they're watching you.  (So I am and so are those mirrors!)

You did the right thing by drinking more juices and resting last evening with a good movie.  (What did you watch by the way?) And any time you feel a nasty moment coming on, head to the juicer and take a nap.  They do work wonders on a fast.  Just remember, we're here for you and your beautiful woman! 

Hang in there!  You'll make it!
