Dear drofinnah, thank you very much for your kind words! I appreciate your response. I get tired and embittered some times, but for reasons that I do not know I believe things are going to get better--this belief is not based in rationality, it is just that--a belief. My Spirit Guides/Gaia tell me things about the situation on Earth that I find hopeful. Things will be chaotic for an unspecified period of time before improving. I believe that the human race, as well as the planet, will endure, but not all of Mother Earth's "children"--animal species, plant, and aquatic life--will survive. It is very interesting that you express the sentiment below that you do, it reminds me so much of a blog I posted on Spirit Speaks that is titled "Gaia Will Endure", a message from my Spirit Guides. You may want to read it as it addresses what you wrote here:

"personally... my belief is that we cannot save anyone from themselves... and those that would destroy their own habitat just for the sake of sort term financial gain are bringing about death and destruction for us all... they will not destroy the planet... but i do think such twisted people are fully capable of destroying the human race... which will probably go the way of the dinosaur..."

The earth is plagued with human-caused environmental degradation and destruction. Spirit tells us that times ahead will be difficult, but the Earth, and humans, will endure. The natural cycle of Birth, Death, and Rebirth will continue. Humans, as spiritual beings, have an opportunity to evolve and awaken.
