What's so bad about the hummus?
You could make your own raw hummus if you sprouted some chickpeas (that's easy). Hummus is a pretty easy thing to make.
What about baba ganouj? I love that eggplant dip. Goes well with taboule.
Another suggestion - a big raw portobella mushroom. Can be a burger. Can be spread with raw spinach pureed with some avocado and some nutmeg, and topped with a big tomato slice. Can be marinated, or grilled for that matter.
I take it you are trying to avoid eating a lot of avocado at once. Otherwise I'd say that an avocado sandwich is scrumptious, too. I like it with toasted bread, a thin layer of raw red onion, and topped with fresh avocado and then a sprinkle of real salt, sea salt, etc. SUPER. Add This Message To Your CureZone Favorites!
