once again thanks for taking time for me
according to my husband there is no quiet spells or catch up breaths just straight snoring. it dosent sound strained just loud. snoring is definatly worse if alcohol or cigarettes or if really tired - red wine espeicially seems to make me snore more. i use to stop snoring when he rolled me over but this is getting harder. although i will say the last 3 years have not been particularly healthy for me adn this is when my snoring got worse. i dont suffer from sleep deprevation i usually wake feeling really rested. i do seem to need a lot of sleep but i have always been like this (9 hours most nights). my blood pressure is good if anything has been slightly low at times(rarely). i dont suffer from mood swings except sligthly with menstrual cycle i am usually pretty even temperment. as for health i am generally very healthy i may get a cold once a year passed on by my children. although in 2004 i was really sick and took a long time to get over, this was around thanksgiving christmas i htink it was pnemonia - undiagnosed. again i think this was related to my poor lifestyle.
i understand that it is hard to comment without seeing me so some advice i would probably like is where to go from here. should i go to family doctor to ask for referral or can i just look up a specialist in our area? not familiar with how medical system works in america. i am usually against any medical intervention asnd would like to fix it naturally but i thought the diet exercise weigth reduction would do the trick, and it has lesten to some degree but it is still there. any help would be appreciated.
