"Finally Faith suggests and recommends highly, drinking wheat grass juice, of which I have never tried. So I'm going to hunt some some down, preferably the icecubes, because I don't have a wheat grass juicer and don't plan to get one until I try the wheatgrass out. I've got a dehydrator on my list at this moment but then after that I need to get another juicer... so I thought I'd get one that could do wheat grass at the same time. The juicer I have is not cost effective anymore. Time to look into something newer and much better, after I get the dehydrator."
Growing your own can be rewarding. I highly recommend growing it outdoors (season permitting) with the use of dilute ocean water concentrate so that it is highly mineralizing. It's all about minerals along with efficient sun energy in plant form.
The second best is indeed the icecube ones from a company in Eastern Canada.
Growing wheatgrass indoors can lead to moldy crops and can cause reactions. Many people think they are having a detox reaction when indeed they are reacting to mold.
The efforts in growing wheatgrass or attaining properly grown and flash frozen wheatgrass is well worth the effort.
Oh and when your ready, add urine therapy to the mix along with sungazing and you'll be unstoppable.
Here's to life and health.
Great blog btw...keep up the good work.
