unless you are giving up dairy to be a raw vegan, you can still do dairy and be raw. in some states raw milk can be sold, in other states (like mine) it is illegal to sell in stores.

however, you can still find independant farmers who are willing to sell you some raw milk. kefir made from raw milk is much easier to make than yogurt, is full of good probiotics. you can also make your own cottage cheese or cheese with this raw milk.
